Last night was intense! I was sitting around talking with my daughter when suddenly I had terrible stomach cramps and upper back pain. I checked on myself and it came up as being a past life imprint (borrowed soul memories of lives to help you fit in or accomplish things. These lives must be healed and cleared over time, after they have helped you to accomplish what you were meant to). I also heard the words “poison” and “cyanide”.
Suddenly my daughter had a literal vision-like she couldn’t see the room around her. In it, she was looking out from the eyes of a woman who was clutching at her throat, choking -and then from someone peeking around a corner, watching her. She had long red hair and wore a white nightgown. She stumbled as she choked and then fell backwards down the stairs, landing on her back, snapping it.
I verified this with my higher self and guides and got that it was early 1900s.
I quickly cleared the energy from that life and though the pain went down a bit, it didn’t fade right away, as is the case with violent past life deaths. I handed my daughter my pendulum to see if she could maybe help. She spun it and did some visualizations and the pain went down a bit more. An hour later, it was gone.
